Before joining the Blake Law Firm, Monica Ubungen gained valuable experience in collections civil litigation, including supervising contested matters, supporting high-volume caseloads, and mentoring colleagues.

Monica attended California State University, Northridge where she received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Human Sexuality. She holds a paralegal certification from California State University, Los Angeles and Master of Legal Studies from the Pepperdine University School of Law. Monica is also a commissioned Notary Public and is a proud volunteer at the Ventura County Legal Aid, serving low-income communities in Ventura County.

During her free time, Monica enjoys boxing, hot yoga, hiking, baking, traveling, and checking out new eateries. She treasures time with family, friends, and most especially her playful puppy, Nacho Cheese.
