Sara Sadri, ESQ.

Sara Sadri is a California attorney whose practice combines deep transactional knowledge with extensive real estate litigation experience. She began her career working for a national auction company, where she drafted and negotiated a broad range of complex commercial contracts. She went on to serve as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for two of California’s largest real estate brokerages, overseeing more than 200 agents and advising on over 1,000 transactions. In that capacity, Sara handled matters involving compliance, licensing, risk management, and brokerage operations, giving her an inside perspective on how the industry functions at every level.

In addition to her real estate practice, Sara also has experience in business law, advising clients on entity structuring, contracts, risk management, and operational issues that frequently intersect with real estate matters.

Building on this foundation, Sara represents clients throughout California in a wide range of disputes, including real estate contracts, nondisclosure and misrepresentation claims, fiduciary duty matters, brokerage liability, licensing defense, and regulatory compliance. She also advises clients in business law matters where real estate and corporate interests intersect. While she serves clients across both Northern and Southern California, her practice is centered in Orange County and Los Angeles County, where she has developed a strong reputation for resolving complex real estate and business conflicts.
