Steve Blake

Steven Blake is the founder and managing attorney of Blake Law Firm. His practice focuses on real estate transactions and litigation, representing property owners, investors, developers, lenders, buyers, sellers, brokers, and other real estate professionals throughout California.

Having handled hundreds of real estate matters, Steve brings deep industry knowledge and develops efficient, tailored strategies to meet each client's objectives. His experience includes complex real estate litigation, trials and appeals, commercial leasing, acquisitions, and other transactional matters.

Steve resides in Carlsbad with his wife and son. Outside the office, he enjoys ice hockey, live music, golfing, snowboarding, camping, and the Southern California lifestyle.

Mark Wilson

Mark Wilson has focused his practice on real property and real estate law since 2011. His experience includes mobile home law, common interest development and community association law, civil litigation, and housing-related matters. Prior to joining Blake Law Firm, Mark served as a Directing Attorney with California Rural Legal Assistance. He earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law and his B.A. from UCLA.

Elaine Huang

Elaine Huang is a real estate attorney with experience in trust and estate property litigation, partitions, commercial leasing, and other civil real estate disputes. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, San Francisco and her B.A. in Political Science from UCLA. Elaine is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, playing pickleball, and visiting Sidecar Donuts.
