ANDREW HALL, ESQ.

Shareholder and Sr. Counsel

Attorney Andrew Hall has 13 years of experience handling complex real estate, business, and litigation matters throughout California and Washington. Andrew has vast experience with a wide range of clients – from residential to commercial property owners, landlords to tenants, real estate agents to brokers, title to escrow companies, hard money lenders to banking institutions. Andrew has handled cases spanning administrative disputes, unlawful detainers, bankruptcies, litigation, and appeals leaving his clients with the confidence that he can handle all of their needs from soup to nuts.

Andrew is committed to exploring efficient and cost-effective resolutions for his clients, whether that be through informal conversations with parties or attorneys, mediations, or settlement conferences. However, when litigation is inevitable, Andrew has counseled his clients through all stages of a dispute, including arbitrations, court trials, jury trials, and appeals at both the State and Federal Court levels. Prior to joining the Blake Law Firm, Andrew represented large financial institutions in matters involving secured and unsecured loan disputes, non-judicial and judicial foreclosure disputes, title disputes, bankruptcies, and evictions. His experience also includes representation of residential and commercial real estate purchasers, sellers, agents, brokers, landlords, tenants, and property managers as well as litigation and consultation with homeowners’ associations on various legal matters.

Andrew resides in Carlsbad with his wife, son, and two daughters. Andrew is actively involved as a coach in Encinitas National Little League and a frequent attendee with the YMCA’s Adventure guides program. Andrew enjoys softball, basketball, cooking, and will rarely turn down a round of golf.
