Senior Litigation Attorney – Real Estate

(100% Remote / Phoenix, AZ based)

The Blake Law Firm (BLF) is a premier boutique firm specializing in real estate and business law. As a growing firm with a thriving practice, we have an immediate need for a Senior Litigation Attorney with deep expertise in Real Estate Law.

While this position is 100% permanently remote (no future "return to office" mandates), we are specifically seeking a candidate based in Phoenix, AZ to lead our business development efforts and lead a new branch office in this region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Real Estate Litigation: Drive the strategy and execution of complex real estate and business disputes from inception through resolution.

  • Expert Advocacy: Perform sophisticated legal research and craft "court-ready" motions, trial briefs, and memoranda with total autonomy.

  • Direct Representation: Act as lead counsel in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, leveraging your familiarity with California court systems.

  • Client Stewardship: Serve as the primary legal advisor for a diverse portfolio of real estate and business clients, providing high-level strategic counsel.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with firm leadership in San Diego and Irvine to refine trial tactics and mentor junior staff in a digital environment.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.

  • Real Estate Expertise: min 7 years of civil litigation experience, with a significant emphasis on Real Estate Law.

  • Local Presence: Must be currently based in Phoenix, Arizona.

  • Litigation Mastery: Extensive experience taking/defending depositions and arguing complex motions; trial experience is a strong plus.

  • Remote Leadership: Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload independently using modern practice management and communication tools.
